Processing takes 3–5 days and delivery is around 7 days to UK addresses. You'll receive a tracking reference once your order is dispatched. If you have a deadline, message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we'll confirm we can meet it.
The Arrow Gym Lights are suspended from the ceiling using the cables and fixings included with your order. They connect to a standard mains supply. We recommend having a qualified electrician carry out the installation, especially for multiple connected units. Full installation instructions are included.
