Prime Gym Turf Ltd supplies fully custom-made gym sprint tracks and premium turf flooring. All products are manufactured to your individual specifications including custom sizes, colours, branding, and layouts. Because every product is made to order, they are classified as bespoke/custom goods under UK consumer law.
A contract between you and Prime Gym Turf Ltd is formed when:
We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, including where we are unable to source materials or where fraudulent activity is suspected. If we decline your order, any payment taken will be refunded in full.
All prices quoted are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). Prices are provided on a bespoke quote basis and are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time prior to order confirmation. Prime Gym Turf Ltd is not currently VAT registered; all prices are therefore inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payment Schedule
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we require a 50% deposit to begin production and the remaining 50% balance prior to dispatch. Production will not commence until the deposit has cleared.
Because all products are manufactured to your specification, once production has commenced, your order cannot be cancelled and your deposit is non-refundable. If you wish to cancel before production has started, please contact us immediately at primegymturf@gmail.com. Any refund in that case will be at our discretion and subject to any costs already incurred.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Gym Turf Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
